Bombay High Court has reportedly asked Maharashtra government to explain about the early release of Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt. According to reports, the court asked the State what were the parameters for considering the good conduct of Dutt as he was out on parole many times. Notably, Dutt was recently released from prison eight months before his five-year jail term got over.
