India's 4G speed is three times below global average

According to a report by London-based OpenSignal, the average download speed of 4G in India is 5.1 Mbps. According to reports, this is less than a third of the global average 4G speed of 16.2 Mbps. Notably, India's average 4G speed is marginally higher than the global 3G speed. In fact, India has been ranked 74 regarding 4G speed whereas Singapore topped the list.
