According to reports, Tata Motors has decided to scrap the use designation for its employees. Notably, Tata Motors have more than 10,000 employees. Gajendra S Chandel, Chief Human Resources Officer, Tata Motors, reportedly said this is part of an effort to create a flat organisation. By the new rules, the business card of an employee will have only their name and function/responsibility.
