Former Indian captain Sunil Gavaskar has reportedly said that the differences between captain and coach occur everywhere and is due to generation gap. According to reports, Gavaskar, in an interview, also added that coach should be someone who has a vision for Indian cricket and he should have a vision that should take the team ahead for the next 8 to 10 years.
