Indian Army chief General Bipin Rawat has reportedly said that he would not tell his men just to wait and die when people throw stones and petrol bombs. According to reports, Rawat’s comment comes after Major Leetul Gogoi, who tied a supposed stone-pelter to his jeep as a human shield in Budgam district of Kashmir, was honoured by the army.
