A 25-year-old woman was found dead with multiple bullet wounds in the parking lot of her apartment complex in Noida near Delhi on Wednesday. Anjali Rathour, an engineer, worked with a private mobile company and lived at the Shatabdi Rail Vihar complex in Noida was spotted by neighbors in the morning and then identified by a roommate. CCTV footage from the apartment building shows a man chasing the young woman and firing many shots. Anjali's parents, who live in Haryana, have alleged that she was killed by someone known to her.
