AR Rahman who just returned to Chennai yesterday (21st May) from Cannes finally happened to watch the much raved about epic Indian film Baahubali 2. He took to his social space to share few nice words about the film and how Baahubali 2 could be a game changer for South Indian cinema.
“To Rajamouli garu, Keeravani garu and the whole team of BB2... Just finished watching it in Chennai. I hope it crosses 2000 cr and above at the box office. You guys have opened the flood gates for South Indian cinema to the world and given it a new identity”.
SS Rajamouli immediately replied back, “Thanks you very much sir. Your appreciation makes it very special..”
